1. Have your first impressions of the members of the Secret Annex changed? Why?

2. In your opinion, is Mr. and Mrs. Van Daan's criticism of Anne justified? Is their
attitude unusual for adults? Explain.

3. What do you think would be the hardest part of life in the Secret Annex? Explain.

Writing Nonfiction

Nonfiction is discovering the world through real events, people, and experiences--this genre is not invented but reveals what is true and factual. Can you help out with possible ideas for writing. Some ideas could include a trip to the beach or in the woods...a time that changed your life...a time you made an important decision...a time when something extremely funny happened...what else can be added to this list? You are going to write an autobiography so ideas are needed!
